Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These terms explain how visitors, clients, members and partners may use Webnza Infotech websites, digital services and communication channels.

Use of our website and services

By accessing Webnza Infotech websites or submitting information through our forms, you agree to use our services for lawful, professional and non-abusive purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse forms, copy protected content, impersonate another person or upload harmful material.

Project discussions and proposals

Initial project discussions, estimates and proposals are based on the information provided by the client. Final scope, timeline, cost, milestones, support terms and responsibilities are confirmed separately in written communication, proposal, statement of work or contract.

Accounts and member access

If you create an account or receive member-panel access, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity performed through your account. Webnza may suspend access if an account is misused or creates a security, legal or operational risk.

Payments and deliverables

Payment schedules, deliverables and acceptance criteria depend on the agreed engagement model. Work may be paused when required approvals, content, credentials, feedback or scheduled payments are delayed.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client-owned material remains the property of the client, and Webnza retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, tools, templates, know-how and reusable internal assets used to deliver services.

Third-party platforms

Projects may use hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics, APIs, app stores, communication tools or other third-party services. Their own terms, limits, pricing and policies apply separately.

Limitation of liability

Webnza works to deliver reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party systems, search rankings, platform approvals, business revenue or outcomes outside our direct control. Liability is limited to the amount and terms defined in the applicable written agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, legal requirements or operating practices change. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
